How to View Group Wise Sales Variation Report in the SwilERP


What is the meaning of the Variation report and Group Wise Sales Report?

A variation report compares what was supposed to happen with what happened. Usually, a variation report is used to analyze the difference between budget and actual performance.

In the SwilERP software, there is an option to view the Group Wise Sales report in the Analysis section. Users can view the details of the group name and product values.


Log in SwilERP software:-

  1.  Go to the Analysis section:

    1. Select the Variation Reports > Group Wise Sales.

How to view the Variation Report of Group Wise Sales:

  1. To view the report, follow the below steps:-
    1. Go to the Home section.
    2. Select the Date Range 'From to To.'
    3. Enter the Variation Rate as per the requirement.
    4. If required, tick the mark in the box of Less Sales Return.
    5. Select and apply the filter in the Product tab if the user wants to filter their report.
    6. Now, click on the View tab.

How to convert the report into the Chart form:

  1. To convert the report into Chart form:-
  1. Select the Home section.
  2. Click on the Chart tab and select the chart type in which you want to convert the report.

How to Print and Preview:

  1. To print and preview this report:-
  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the Preview and Print tab to take the printout of this report.

How to export the report:

  1.  To export the report into excel and other formats:-
  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the 'T' option to export a report into Excel, PDF, Text, XML, etc.
