How to View GST Query in SwilERP


What is a GST Query?

GST Query Data is an option in SwilERP; if users want to view their GST Sales and Purchase transaction data in a report, they can view it from the GST section. SwilERP also featured an accounting solution option in which users can manage their accounting data. It will help you to compare data from GST and your transactions.

This option summarizes the data of Sales Invoice/ Debit Note, Sales Credit Note, and Purchase Invoice/ Credit Note, Purchase Debit Note. In this option, you will see the data in Pivot Table format. As per requirement, select the data that to want to view in a report and you can also Remove, Export, and Import your Data. You can view the GST Query data by selecting a specific date range.

Start with Login into SwilERP to initiate the process

  1. Go to the GST Section> GST Query.

Process to view GST Query

  1. A new window of GST Query will appear in the next slide.
  2. Select the Date Range "From" to "To ", in which you want to view details.
  3. There is an option to view Check list and HSN Detail in the same window.
  4. Click on the View option.
  5. And, there you'll see Purchase and Sales transaction details in the below-given information.

How can you analyze GST query report?

In this section, you can analyze your GST query report. You can find this report similar to the pivot table, in which you can view the sales and purchase transaction details.
  1. Go to the Analysis section.
  2. Select the details as same as you selected in the Home section.
  3. Click on the View option.
  4. After that, Choose fields to add to report. Tick-mark on the options; then, they will automatically field in the below-given areas.
  5. You can also Drag fields between below-given four areas: Filter, Columns, Rows, Values.
  6. The data reflect in the Analysis Grid section.

  1. Click on the Chart tab to view the report in chart format.
  2. Here you'll see the report's chart along with reflected every detail.

  1. You can also view the report in Raw Data, where you can find every detail.
  2. Click on the raw data and  there you will see GST Query report.

To Print and Preview GST Query Report

  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Select the Print and Preview option to take printout of the report.

To Export file in Excel format

  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the ''T'' button,  and there, you'll see the options to convert your report into an excel file.
