How can a Pharmacist view Hold Items Report in SwilERP Software


In the SwilERP software, there is an option in which a pharmacist can view their Hold Stock Items Report. The primary purpose of holding inventory is to avoid the stock-out cost. In this report, you can view such details as the Product name, Group name, Stock Location, Batch, MRP, Rate, etc. This article will explain how you can view the Hold Stock Products Report. Do follow the below easy steps to know the process of it.


Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Reports section
  2. Select Product Wise Stock > Hold Item Detail.

How to view the Report:

  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Check mark in Include Nil Stock Product report, and the report will generate accordingly.
  3. Select the Report Type as Details or Summary wise.
  4. You can apply a filter in your report by clicking on the Product and Manufacturer or Vendor tab.
  5. Now, click on the View tab.

How to view Report in Chart form:


    • Now, click on the given Chart tab.
    • Under the Chart tab, there are given many chart options; the user can select any of these as per the requirement.

How to Print & Preview report:

  1. Select the Display section.
  2. Click on the Preview tab when you want to view how your report will appear when printed.
  3. Click on the Print tab to take a printout.

How to export report:

   Export the report which is currently displayed on your screen. Follow these easy steps to convert the report into Excel format:-

  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the 'T' point.
  3. Inside the 'T' point, select one of the export formats as per requirement:-
  4. Excel 
  5. Text
  6. PDF
  7. XML
  8. HTML
  9. RTF
  10. Advance Options
