How to Add Stock in SwilERP

What is Stock Entry?

This option allows users to add stock quantities in products as per their requirements. Users can add Lot number-wise stock after filling in batch and rate number columns. The new lot number will automatically be created in the window. 

From the Product Information section, users can add Stock of their products. With this option, you'll see the lot details of product as many times as stock was added and you can also view the stock quantity locations wise.

Follow these steps to create a stock entry 
  1. Open SwilERP dashboard in the System section:

    1. Go to Master data> Product information> Stock Entry.

  1. Then, you'll see the stock entry window: 
    1. First, select name of the Product in a list, or users can also create a new product.
    2. Add a minimum, maximum stock, and Shelf number in the dialog box. 
    3. After that, all the Lot Numbers of same product will show on to screen automatically. 
    4. In which you will see the details of Lot number, Batch number, Expire data, MRP, Sale Rate, Manufacturer, Quantity, etc.  
    5. Now, Double click on the blank row of Lot details tab- 
      1. Enter the required details of a product i.e Batch number, Expire date, Manufacturer, etc.
      2. After that, enter the opening Quantity of your product in location section.
  1. Save the page with given option of saving. 
  2. After saving the page stock will be added Automatically.

  1. To view stock Locations wise in the same window:  

    1. After selecting details you can view the Location Wise Stock in the below-given entries.
