How To Allow Smart Stockist Integration Process In SwilERP (RetailGraph)

To execute the following process please follow the steps mention.

First step is to login the software, Make sure you are running the latest version of RetailGraph.

Now after logging in click the START button- OPTIONS- System Default.

Here you need to insert the system Default password, to know the password you can contact your local service provider or generate ticket on www.swildesk.com. 

After inserting the password system default window will open. You need to go to “OTHERS tab” at the top tik mark the “Allow Smart stockist Integration” option as shown in the image and SAVE it.

After this process please logout the software and login again.

Step 1) Now Click START button- OPTIONS- SMART STOCKIST, Click Registration option.

A window will open as shown in the image.

Click Registration option

We need to Submit the information asked in this form. Your Stockist Name & Station will come automatically as per the Registration of the software As shown in the Image Above - Password will be provided to you from SWIL(RetailGraph), Smart Password will be yours. In Export/ Import path you can select the path for the file to import and export. In sales order series we need to select our series name (i.e A) After submitting all the information select OK button.

Step 2) Now Click START button- OPTIONS- SMART STOCKIST, Click Export Data


Click Export Data


Step 3&4) Now Click START button- OPTIONS- SMART STOCKIST, Click Import Sales & Update Sales Order- Through this option you can Import Sales order & Update sales order.
