In this Article, We have explained you "How to check Account Statement of any Account" in Unisolve/Cross.

An accounting ledger is an account or record used to store bookkeeping entries for balance-sheet and income-statement transactions. Accounting ledger journal entries can include accounts like cash, accounts receivable, investments, inventory, accounts payable, accrued expenses, and customer deposits.

Step I: - Go to Account Menu – Statement – Account Statement.

Step II: - Date Range - We can check from to till date of account statement as per out requirement.

Select Account:Here the option shows you which ledger’s list you want to see of debit balance or credit balance and Shows all account for select “All Balance”.

A/c Name: - We will select the account whose statement we want to see.


Step III: - After Select Account then account statement shows as under.

Step IV: - Now we will discuss about Statement Parameter option. 

Print Verification Show Account Address, pin code, Tin No., Pan No. , Also show confirmation massage for account details. 

Print Account Information: - Show Contact Person of account, Cr. Limit, Cr. Days.

Print Adj. Details: - Show adjusted Bill against Receipt and other Adjustment entries.

Print Bank Date: - If we use bank reconciliation option then bank date also shows in account statement. 

Print GST Number: - Account GST Number Show in ledger. 

Print Inv. Date in Narration: - If we want to show invoice date also in receipt adjustment of bills.

Print Disc. In Narration: - We want to print bills discount in narration.

Print Particular: - If we want to not require particular option in ledger then deselect this option.
