How to Create and View Master Group in SwilERP
Definition of Master Group
In SwilERP, there is an option of master group in which you can define product's marketing company. A marketing company classify product segment wise. This is a classification of a product's company name that helps to view details marketing company-wise.
In a Product Information section, users can view every Master Group. With this option, users can create a new company name as per their requirements and also edit an already created company. There is options for New, Edit, Print, and Delete the company name.
To Create and View Master Group follow these steps
- Open the SwilERP dashboard in System section:
Go to Master Data> Product Information > Master Group.
- In the next window, you'll see the master group list:
- If you want to create a new group then click on the New option.
- To edit an already created master group tap on the Edit option.
- Click on the Print option if you want to print your list.
To create a new Master Group:
- Click on the New option.
- Enter the Company name which you want to create.
- Give a short name in the Alias section.
- If required, then fill in other details.
- Save the details with above-given option.
- And that's how you can create a master group name.
