How to Delete unused lots from System Maintenance in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


What is Unused Lots? 


The unused lots are meant to be cases where you made multiple lots of products. Generally, while working on software, we usually create single or multiple product lots; those lots are useless. Now, you don't want their details to rectify by the product master. In that case, to need to delete these unused lots with this option. With this option, users can save a lot of time by deleting all useless lots in one click rather than doing one-by-one.


Similarly, this option is generally used in that cases where you have made lots of multiple or single products in the software. Now those lots are useless, and you don’t want their details to rectify to the product master. In that case, to delete these unused lots, we have this option.

In RetailGraph, you can easily do this process from the facilities section in the system maintenance form. Do follow the below-given steps to know the further process:

Start with login in RetailGraph dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Options> System Maintenance

How to Delete Unused Lots 

  1. Go to the Facilities section and click on the Delete Unused Lots option.

  2. After that, a notification window will ask you Yes and No options.

  3. Click on the Yes option to proceed. 

Note: May this process will take some time according to your data in RetailGraph software.


As shown in the below-given image:

 
  1. Once your lots are deleted, a success message will appear, as shown in the image below.
Note: All useless lots are deleted from the RetailGraph Software after deleting unused lots.
