How to Export/Import Product Master through Excel/CSV

In this article, we have explained you How to export your product file in Excel & how to Import Product 

data file (which is in CSV format) in our software.

This option is very useful to export existing product in excel file. Files is the excel format can be imported to and exported from programs that store data in tables, with the help of this option. After this option you can enter you new Product List with help of Import option & save your time. If you not used this option then you will add your Product List on manually basis. 

For this please open System-> Master Data-> Product Information-> Product menu & right click on the same and select export to excel option. Image as per below:

After that click the path where save your Product Master Excel File. Image as per following:

After that you’re all Product Data shows in Excel file. Image as per below:

If you wants to add your new products into software master file, then open the excel file having name of products & manually enter or copy paste your Product List in this Excel Sheet as per columns. After that you can save this excel file as CSV Format and Import this CSV file through System-> Master Data-> Product Information-> Product menu. Image as per below:

This option is very useful & save your time also.
