How to Generate Patient wise Cough & Cold Report

In this article we have explained you How to generate Patient wise Cough & Cold Report, if you required. For this report, please do following steps: 

Step 1: First please create a new Attribute “Cough & Cold” in System->Master Data->Product Information menu.  When open Product Attribute window then please press “Alt+A” to create new Product Attribute “Cough & Cold” & enter Cough & Cold related Products in bottom side. After that software auto link above all products with “Cough & Cold” attribute. Screen as per below:


Generate Patient wise Cough and Cold Report


Step 2: After above process we have to create Patient also in Patient Master. You can create Patient from System->Master Data-> Refer By/ Patient List menu & also create new Patient through Sales Invoice also when make Sales Invoice, that time press F3 key to open Patient Table on Patient Name. Screen as per below:

Step 3: After that make Sales Invoice with selection of Patient Name. Screen as per below:

After make & save Sales Invoice, we can able to generate report. 

Step 4: Now you can generate & check Patient Product wise Report. For generate this report please select “Patient Product wise Sales” & “Patient-Bill Product wise Sales” through Reports-> Sales Analysis-> Patient wise menu. When you generate this report then please select Date Range after that please select Patient Name through Patient List & enable “Select Product” to select “Cough & Cold” through Attribute caption after select Master Group & Group. After that software shows only those products which have “Cough & Cold” attribute in Products. Screen as per below:
