Import Master Data from Other CRMs to Swil Admin
In Swil Admin, you can smoothly import the master data from other CRMs in just four simple steps: upload the file, select the header row, match your table, and validate your data. Swil Admin is designed to organize your workflow and enhance your efficiency.
Start with login in Swil Admin to initiate the process
- Go to the Dashboard & click on the Master option.

How to Import Master from Other CRMs
- Following that, the Import Master window will open.
- Choose the software from which you want to import the data.
- Select "Product Master" as the master type.
- Click the "Next" button.
- You will need to complete four steps:
- Upload File: Begin by uploading the product master file from your system. Click "Next" to proceed.
- Select Header Row: In the second step, choose your header row to align with the columns.
- Match Columns: In the third step, match the selected header row to the corresponding table rows.
- Validate Data: Finally, validate your data and confirm the import.
- After that, you will see two options: "Upload" and "Download.
- Download: Use this option to download the updated sheet.
- Upload: Select this option to upload the validated data.
