How to Install Latest Patch in SwilERP (RetailGraph)

Process to Update Latest SwilERP Version


Updating to the latest version of SwilERP is now hassle-free for users. Follow the straightforward steps below to complete the update process effortlessly and ensure you're running the most current version.

Before starting the process make sure you have using 3.2.15.3 or later version

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to Help> Download Latest Patch.
  2. Click on it, and a confirmation window will pop up.

  1. Click on the Yes button to update the software version.
  2. Afterwards a new window for extracting the folder will appear.
  3. Browse your destination folder and extract the file.

  1. Now, the software will close automatically, and the following window will appear on the screen.
Note: This process may take some time, so please wait until it is completed.

  1. Another pop-up window will appear for file extraction.
  2. Click on the Extract button.
  3. After the process is complete, the software will automatically reopen.

  1. Login the software with your user credentials.
  2. You can now run the updated version of SwilERP.

How to Update SwilERP for Multiple Users

After updating the server's version, you can proceed to update the software version for other users. When you log in with a different user ID after updating the server, a notification window will pop up.
  1. Enter the user credentials.
  2. After that following message will appear on the login screen.
  3. Press OK to continue.
