Integration Process of SwilPOS in Unisolve/Cross
As an existing user of Unisolve/Cross, you have the option to integrate SwilPOS mobile application with your software. This article provides a simple step-by-step guide on how to integrate SwilPOS with your existing Unisolve/Cross software, making it easier for you to take advantage of their features and capabilities.
To integrate SwilPOS, you need to:
- Update Unisolve/Cross to the latest version by downloading the most recent patch.
- Download the SSH file from the folder of ftp://ftp.bhiwal.com/_GST_UNISOLVE_CROSS/PATCH/SwilPOS.
- Download and extract the SSH file into the Unisolve folder.

Note: User's IP Address has to be fixed to integrate SwilPOS app in their software.
Step:1 The email IDs in Company table and CRM system should be the same
- Enter email ID in the given column.
- Also, you need to enter Server IP address, and Server Port No. in their respective columns.

- Open the CRM portal and go to your registration details. Then, enter the same email ID that you have mentioned in the Company table.

Step:2 Verify Your Email ID in Software
- Go to the Unisolve/Cross Dashboard> Administrator> User and click on the Edit button.
- After that, enter you Email ID in column and press OK.
- Enter the verification OTP which you receive to the email ID you provided.

Step:3 Connect to Tunnel- SwilPOS Parameters
- Go to the Utility> SwilPOS Portal> SwilPOS Parameters.

- A new window of Dynamic IP setting will appear.
- Click the 'Connect to Tunnel' button.
- After that, a SwilERP Connector window will open. In this window, you need to copy the domain name.

- Paste the copied URL into the Domain Name field.
- Enter the Domain Port value as shown in the below image, in the Port column.
- Select Series and Principle in their respective columns.
- Press OK to continue.

Step:4 Upload Admin Data
- Go to the Utility> SwilPOS Portal> Upload Admin Data.
- Click 'OK', and your admin data will be uploaded successfully.

Step:5 Set User Link
- Go to the System> Set User Link.
- In the next slide, a 'User Link' window will appear. From the dropdown list, select 'User'.
- In the dropdown, select 'SwilPOS' as the Service name.
- Press OK to continue.

How to Allow SwilPOS Access to User through Admin Portal

To give user access, you need to verify the email ID in the 'Users' section through the Unisolve/Cross software.
- Go to the admin.swilerp.com and open the portal using your user credentials.
- Go to the 'Apps' section and locate the 'Users' option.

- In the 'Users' section, select the user from the dropdown list and give them access to the SwilPOS application.

Step:6 Login in SwilPOS Mobile App
- Download SwilPOS Mobile App from the Play store or App store. (Download link)
- In the login screen of the SwilPOS Mobile App, enter the User ID and Password that you set up in the 'Users' section earlier.

Note: Password should always be entered with Caps Lock turned on.
