How to Login with E-Mail Id in SwilERP (RetailGraph)

Basic Information

SwilERP has now featured a new option to Login with an E-Mail Id while you login into the software. This new option makes logging in easier and more secure for users. Without entering their Email, users can not login to the software after a certain period. While logging into SwilERP software, a notification is shown to update the Email id if not updated. Users can directly update Email from the update now option.

If your Email id is not updated in SwilERP, then users can easily update their E-mail id in the software and Login with an E-Mail as they login with user credentials. To update your Email id do follow the below-given process:

Start with login in SwilERP Dashboard to initiate the process:

    1. Go to the Masters> Resources> User.
    2. You can directly search User in a Search bar.

  1. A new window of user list will appear in the next slide:
    1. First, select the User from the list.
    2. Click on the Edit option to update an E-Mail Id.

  1. How to update an E-Mail Id in User

    1. Enter the E-Mail Id in Email/ User List dialog box.
    2. Click on the Save option or press Alt+ S.

    3. While Saving the window, an OTP is shared on your Email Id.

    4. Enter the OTP, and your Email Id is successfully updated in the software.

Notes
Note: Make sure you create a new Email Id for every user. The software will not consider the same Email id for every user. 



  1. After Updating Email id in SwilERP, you can Login with your user credentials.

    1. Enter E-Mail as a user id, or you can enter your user id.

    2. Enter Password as same as user password.

    3. Click on the Login option.
