How to Reconcile Current Stock with Shortage/Surplus in SwilERP
In a condition of shortage, where physical stock is less than what is recorded, SwilERP offers the option to reconcile the stock using the shortage feature. Conversely, the surplus option handles cases where physical stock exceeds recorded quantities. These tools enable users to align their current stock with physical inventory. SwilERP's inventory management system provides a robust solution for reconciling and managing stock, empowering users to adjust stock levels based on their physical inventory in the adjustment section.
Open SwilERP Dashboard to Initiate the Process
- Go to the Adjustment> Shortage/ Surplus.

Process to Reconcile the Current Stock
- A new window of Reconcile Current Stock will appear.
- Select Product from the drop-down list.
- Select the Batch Number and Lot No. of your product.
Add Actual Stock which you physically have in store.
- After entering the actual stock you'll see data in Surplus or Shortage columns automatically.
- Save and Print the details with the above-given options.

View Last Reconcile Entry
- After selecting the product details you'll see the last entries of Shortage and Surplus for the same product.
