Process to Update Registration Details in SwilERP


Two new features have been introduced in the latest version of SwilERP. The first option "Register" is for registering a new user and the second option "Fetch Detail" is for adding new services in SwilERP.

NotesBefore starting the process make sure you have updated the SwilERP's 3.2.15.25 version. Users can contact their local service provider or make a ticket on Swil.support.desk to update the latest software version.

1. How to Update Details with "Register" Option

"Register" to auto-update registration details: This feature is for new users. When you want to update registration details for the first time, you can use the register option in the registration window. The process involves the following steps, which need to be followed to complete the update.
  1. Open SwilERP Software's Login Window.
  2. Click on the Registration button and enter the Password to the open the window.
  3. For a password, you can contact your Local Service provider or make a ticket on Support.swildesk.com.

  1. Here, you need to input three details: Serial Number, Key, and Password.
  2. Now, after entering these three details, click on the Register button.

  1. After clicking the Register button, the client details will be automatically filled.
  2. Click on the OK button.

2. How to Update Services Using "Fetch Detail" option

"Fetch Detail" to add on services in SwilERP: The second feature is for users who have purchased any service from SWIL and want to update it in SwilERP. For this you can use the "Fetch Details" option. The process involves the following steps, which need to be followed to complete the update.
  1. Open SwilERP Software's Login Window.
  2. Click on "Fetch Detail" option in the bottom right corner.

  1. After that, a Fetch Details window will appear.
  2. You can view all Company details in this section.
  3. Press OK to update registration details.

In case the software registration is over, then user can update the software from the above mentioned steps.
