4. You can set email schedule using:
Utility->Mail/SMS Setup->Mail Schedule
Here you get many options to set auto mail/SMS on reports and/or transactions. You have to add multiple records as per your requirement. You can send pdf or prn file for reports and pdf or csv file for transactions. CSV files can be imported by receiver using his software or open in excel and then use it further. To open prn files, receiver can use notepad. You can customize the message and send report or transaction as attachmnent. In case of SMS, only message goes and no attachment is sent.
This mail schedule is executed automatically on server when you login with a user with Internet rights YES. If you are having multiple systems, you should always login into server, even if you are not doing any work on it. After starting and logging in into your server and completing backup process, you should login into nodes.
5. While viewing reports/transaction print also, you get an option to click on email and send email.
6. There are options in Utility->Mail/SMS System menu to see all emails sent today, remove old emails and regenerate today's emails to send. Please explore and learn more.
