Set Promotion Scheme

How to Set Promotion In SwilERP (RetailGraph) Software



You can set your promotions on the following bases.

1.  Product

2.  Product Category

3.  Marketing Group

4.  Brand, Invoice Value

5.  Bar-code 

 Promotion 1) Set Promotion On Product

 Click on Start Button-->Master -->Others-->Sales Promotion

 

Set Promotion On Product

Click On New Button as shown in the Image below.  


Click On New Button


After that a new window will open and you need to set your promotion calculation in that form.

Here you can select the Date range of the promotion from which date to which date that promotion is applicable, also you can set the time zone of the promotion also.

 We can type promotion name in the  Name option. If you want to set the promotion on customer name you can select the customer name as well.

 Apply On Option in this you can select the level of the promotion as shown in the image given below.

Now go to the promotion option given at your right side. As shown in the image given below.

Sale Promotions


You Will Select Option on Promotion Drop Down

1.  Free Product

2.  Free Qty

3.  Trade Discount(%)

4.  Scheme Discount(Rs/Unit)

5.  Scheme Discount(%)

6.  Lot Discount

7.  Lot Discount (%)

For Example we take free product

After
that mention 
Qualify Qty and Qualify Qty unit 

  After that select product followed by the image.

After that Select Free product which you give free or type value or free qty


Free product


After that Click on Save Button 

Save Button


Your Promotion is ready as per your requirement.
