How to solve printing problem ?
To print transactions/reports, you need to have printer installed on your computer. Please check for stationery and power is on and printer is online.
You can use network printer as well, if you share the printer and specify the share name exactly in software. It is case sensitive, so take care of lower-case/ upper case.
Please Check Invoice Format File Name, Page Width, Page Length & Printing mode. Please check the printout before issue to customer.
IN System parameters there were options to define Printing Port like LPT1, it should be blank now.
In Print window you can define Printer port by pressing F2. Please avoid that.
In case of problem, you can always print on local printer on your computer. If local printer is not working, set it as default and try to print from any other software like notepad.
You may face problem if your printer driver is not proper. You can delete the printer and add again with proper printer driver.
To set bar code printer, you may need bar code printing software from printer company to generate print file once, then it can be defined in Unisolve or Cross.
You may need to register following files to solve printing error. If the system is showing error on Print screen, please run following two commands from Administrator Login in system:
On 32 Bit Systems
C:\Windows\System32 >Regsvr32 MSCOMCTL.OCX
C:\Windows\System32 >Regsvr32 MSCOMCT2.OCX
On 64 Bit Systems
C:\Windows\System32 >Regsvr32 MSCOMCTL.OCX
C:\Windows\System32 >Regsvr32 MSCOMCT2.OCX
