How to Integrate Swil Unify with Unisolve/Cross


Swil Unify is a platform that facilitates secure and easy sharing of transactions between businesses. It allows you to upload your transactions and easily share and receive them. Swil Unify retrieves transaction details based on GSTN, Pan No, Mobile No and Email IDs.

Here are the transactions that you can share and receive with Swil Unify:

Transaction Receive - Purchase Invoice, Sales Order, Purchase Challan and Sales Return.
Transaction Sent - Sales Invoice, Purchase Order, Sales Challan and Purchase Return.

Note: Firstly, install the latest version of Unisolve/Cross software to implement the process.

Step 1: Register on Swil Unify

To start using Swil Unify, you need to register on the portal.
  1. Access the Swil Unify login here.
  2. You will find the login screen for Swil Unify here. There are two types of sign-up options: one for company sign-up and the other for individual users.

Steps for signing up a company

Click on the "company sign up" option, as there are 5 steps to finalize the sign-up process.
1. Personal information -
  1. Enter your first and last name in separate columns.
  2. Mention your email address and mobile number.
  3. Create your sign-in password here.

  1. Verify the OTP that you receive on your email and mobile.

2. Company information - 
  1. Enter your company name, role and address in columns.
  2. Update your GSTN and Pan number in the column.
  3. Mention your business details in respective columns.

3. Documents Verification - 
  1. Here, you need to upload the GST certificate and Pan card.

4. Additional information -
  1. If you have your drug license number, food registration number, restaurant license number, and company phone number, please enter them in the respective column.

Steps for signing up individual users

This individual signup process is designed for MR users. Once the company shares the Report, MR users can conveniently access and download the data using their login credentials.

Click on the individual user for signing up:
  1. Enter your first and last name in separate columns.
  2. Mention your email address and mobile number.
  3. Create your sign-in password here.
  4. Proceed to the next step, verify with the OTP, and finalize the sign-up process.

You can now log in to Swil Unify using your registered email address and password.

On the Swil Unify MR User screen, you'll find all reports uploaded by your company.




















Step 2: How to Integrate Unisolve/Cross with Swil Unify

After signing up for Swil Unify, you need to register the Header (API) key in the Unisolve/Cross software.
  1. First, login in Swil Unify.
  2. Click on the Setting option to find your API key.
  3. Copy this key and proceed to the Unisolve/Cross software.

Step:3 Enable Swil Unify Option in System Parameters

  1. Go to the System Menu> System Maintenance> System Parameters option.
  2. The system parameter window will ask you to enter the password, enter "USSC" in the password column to open it.

  1. Go to the Account Section in system parameter window.
  2. Drag the cursor below on the "Use Swil Unify for Import/Export" option.
  3. Enable this option "True" in the column.
  4. Press OK to save the window.

Step:4 Swil Unify Registration

  1. Go to the Utility> Swil Unify> Registration option.

  1. Here you need to enter the Header (API) key that you copied from Swil Unify.
  2. You can use the "Get User Info" option to see the details of the company.
  3. You can directly open the Swil Unify Login window with the given option.
  4. Here you can specify the timing for the transactions you want to Upload (send) or Download (receive).
  5. Press Ok button to continue.

Step:5 How to Upload Transactions Manually

For example, if you want to upload a sales transaction, here's how:
  1. Go to the Utility> Swil Unify> Upload Sales (Stockist)

  1. Following that, a new window will appear on the next slide. Here, you will see transactions that are Pending for Upload.
  2. Tick mark on the transactions and click on the Ok button.

Step:6 How to Download Transactions Manually

  1. Upon clicking the "download transaction" option, a notification screen will appear.
  2. Press Yes to continue.

  1. Here, you will see the details of the Download Invoice. Tick mark the invoice and click on the Create button.

  1. Next, in the following window, map your invoices and click the Ok button.

  1. A "Invoice generated" notification will appear on the screen.

Upon completing this process, the downloaded invoice will appear as a created invoice.


How to Check Transaction Status and Download CSV in Swil Unify

  1. Access Swil Unify and navigate to the Received section.
  2. For example, if you want to verify the status of a purchase invoice, simply click on it.
  3. Here, you will be able to view the transaction status of invoices that you have downloaded or canceled.
  4. You also have the option to download the CSV file in either the default or Awacs format.
