How to update HFR (Health Facility Registration) Number in Unisolve

Process to Update HFR (Health Facility Registration) Number in Customer Master


What is HFR?

The Health Facility Registry is a complete list of health facilities in the country. It includes both modern and traditional medicine, covering public and private places like hospitals, clinics, labs, imaging centers, and pharmacies.

Registering will help health facilities join India’s digital health system and get listed on a national platform. This will build trust among people looking for healthcare services by making it easier to find facilities. Facilities that sign up will also get access to various digital services.

How to Update HFR Number in Unisolve

  1. After installing the latest patch, the "Check Customer HFR ID" and "Show HFRID in Remark Print" options in the System Parameter under the Other Tab (Sr. No. 41 and 42) will be automatically enabled.

  1. When creating a sales invoice, the HFR ID window will automatically open for you to enter the Customer's HFR ID number. This is a one-time process; once you fill in a customer's HFR ID, the window will not open again for subsequent invoices.

  1. If you need to edit or enter a Customer's HFR ID number before creating a sales invoice, you can do so by navigating to System -> Master Data -> Customer Information.

Note: After installing the latest patch, the software will automatically print the Customer HFR ID number in the "Remarks" field. If you would like to Print the Customer HFR ID in a different location on your existing invoice format, please contact our support team by calling us, submitting a ticket at www.swildesk.com, emailing support@swindia.com, or messaging us on WhatsApp at 9116013875.

  1. You can also view the HFR ID customer list by navigating to Reports -> Customer Reports -> SSOID/HFRID Details.

  1. You can also update your HFR ID in the Company Information section. To Print the HFR ID in the invoice format, use the "mcohfrid" variable.
