How to View GST Summary Data in SwilERP

Introduction of GST in SwilERP

A GST Summary Data is an option in SwilERP, if users want to view their Sales and Purchase transaction data in summary then they can view it from the GST section. SwilERP also featured an accounting solution option in which users can manage their accounting data. 

There is an option for export and import files, you can Export a file of GST Summary and upload it on the GST portal directly. It will help you to compare data from GST and your transactions. 

This option summarizes the data of Sales Invoice/ Debit Note, Sales Credit Note, and Purchase Invoice/ Credit Note, Purchase Debit Note. In this option you will see the data in Pivot Table format, As per requirement select the data that to want to view in a report and you can also Remove, Export, and Import your Data. 

Do follow these step-by-step instructions to view the GST summary 

Open SwilERP Dashboard 

  1. To view GST Summary Data Report:
    1. Go to GST> GST Summary Data.

How to View Report in Analysis Grid.

  1. Select the required data that you want to view in Reports.
  1. Enter the Date Range 'From' to 'To'.
  2. Click on the invoices that you want to view in Report.
  3. Tap on the View Option.

  1. Choose fields to add data to Report:
    1. Click on the given options and select the detail that you want to view in report. 
    2. Or you can Drag fields between given areas below.
    3. That's how your data will show in Analysis Grid.

How to View Report in Chart Format.

  1. To View data in Chart Format
    1. Click on the Chart option.
    2. User can identify their data with the help of Color bars.

How to View Report in Raw Data.

  1. To View Raw Data Report:
    1. Click on the Raw data option.
    2. There you will view the data in particular Raw.

How to Export and Import the Reports.

  1. Export and Import your data in Reports:  
    1. To export data save the report that you've created and choose this file then click on the Export option.
    2. To import the data click on the Import option choose a file and open it.

How to Print and Preview the Reports.

  1. To Print and Preview the Reports:
    1. Go to Display.
    2. Click on the Print and Preview option for print your reports.
