How to View NDPS Sales/ Purchase in SwilERP

In SwilERP users can view their NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) drugs report of Sale and Purchase. In this report, you can view every type of information on Drugs i.e. Drugs Category, from whom drug is Purchased, Supplier DL number/Address, Stock, and Quantity, from whom drug is Sold, customer RegNo/ Address, etc.

Users can easily view their reports with the NDPS drugs Sales and Purchase form in Reports Section.

To view NDPS drug detail in SwilERP do follow these steps:

  1. Open SwilERP Dashboard:

    1. Go to Reports> NDPS drugs Sales & Purchase.

Select and Filter Product Details

  1. In NDPS drugs Sales and Purchase window:
    1. Enter the Date Range 'From' to 'To' from where you want to view the report.
    2. Select and filter your Product, if Required.

  1. Click on the View option and you can view every type of report of NDPS Purchase and Sales.

How to view in Chart Format

  1. To view Reports in Chart format:
    1. Click on the chart option.
    2.  Users can also select the type of chart.

How to Print Reports?

  1. To Print and Preview the reports:
    1. Go to the Display option.
    2. Click on the Print and Preview option to print your reports.

Convert your report in Excel Format

  1. To convert your reports into excel format:
    1. Go to the Display tab.
    2. Click on the 'T' then select the option in which you want to view your reports.
