How to view Patient Wise Report in SwilERP 

Meaning of patient wise report

A patient wise report reflect the details of patient/ customer wise transactions. The seller creates an invoice when a customer buys the product from the seller. So all the transactions in which patient/customer was added, this report will show that patient-wise report.

In the sales section, users can view the Patient's Wise report of their Net amount, Due amount, and Receipt amount. There is an option to view Patients Sales Details/ Patient Due Balance/ Accounts Statement Reports . 





To view Patients Wise Reports open SwilERP Dashboard:
  1. Go To Sales> Patients wise reports.

View Patient Sales Reports 

  1. In Patients Sales Details:
    1. Click on the Patients Sales Details.
    2. Select the Date Range.
    3. Edit Parameter if required. 
    4. Tap on the View option.

  1. To view details in Chart Format:
    1. Click on the given option of Chart on top of the right side.

  1. To Preview and Print the reports, and Covert them into Excel Format:
    1. Go to the Display option.
    2. Then click on the given option of Print and Preview to print your report.
    3. Click on the 'T' then select the option of Excel, PDF, HTML, etc from the below list.

 View Patient Due Balance Reports 

  1. In Patient Due Balances:
    1. Click on the Patient Due Balance.
    2. Select the Date/ Location and Report Type in which you've to view the report.
    3. As per requirements Choose the option of Select/ Reports / Refer By.
    4. Update details in Over Due By Days and select Balance type. 
    5. Add Details in Account/ Customer/ Refer By.
    6. Tap on the View option.

  1. To view details in Chart Format:
    1. Click on the given option of Chart on top of the right side.
  1. To Preview and Print the reports, and Covert them into Excel Format:
    1. Go to the Display option.
    2. Then click on the given option of Print and Preview to print your report.
    3. Click on the 'T' then select the option of Excel, PDF, HTML, etc from the below list.
    Note: Kindly refer above-given Sales wise report to know how to view reports in Chart format and how to print, preview, and convert them into excel format.

     View Account Statement Reports 

    1. In Account Statement:
      1. Click on the Account Statements.
      2. Select the Date from which you want to see the details.
      3. Edit option of Parameter.
      4. Tap on the View option.
