How to View Price List in SwilERP

A Price List is an option for users to view their products price. There is an option to see categories reports according to the requirements of the user i.e. All Products, Current Products, Different Products. In the section of reports with price list form, users can easily view reports of every product.

To view the report of the price list do follow these steps

  1. From the Dashboard:

    1. Go to Reports> Price List.

How can select details for viewing the price list?

  1. In the Price List Section:
    1. Select the Product type in which you want to view your report All/ Current/ Different Products.
    2. You can also Filter your Product with the given option on top of the center.
    3. Now select the options in which you want to view your reports i.e. Category/ Brand/ Strength/ Generic/ MktgCo/ 'Product'/ Product/ Schedule.
    4. Click on the View Option.

How to view the report in Chart Format

  1. To view the report in a Chart Format:
    1. Click on the Chart option.
    2. You can also choose the Type of Chart.

  1. To Print and Preview the Reports:
    1. Go to the Display option.
    2. Click on the Print and Preview Option to print your reports.

How can Convert report into excel Format

  1. To convert your reports into excel format:
    1. Go to the Display tab.
    2. Click on the 'T' then select the option in which you want to view your reports.
