How to View Product Wise Sales (ABC Analysis) in SwilERP 

A Product Wise Sales (ABC Analysis) is an option to view reports in A/B/C Categorized wise. With this option, the user can view their sales data as in Deduct return, Include pending challan, and print nil transaction product wise, Also they can do valuation by MRP, Sales Rate, Purchase Rate, Cost Rate, and Billing rate.

Do follow these steps to view Product Wise Sales 

  1. Open SwilERP dashboard in Reports Section:

    1. Go to Sales Analysis> Product wise> Product wise Sales (ABC Analysis).

  1. In Product wise sales report section: 

    1. Enter the Date Range from where you want to view report.
    2. Now, Mark the options if you want to affect the data accordingly. 
      1. Deduct Return.
      2. Include Pending Challan.
      3. Print Nil Transaction Product.
    3. Categorized data A/B/C wise.
    4. Select and Filter Products. 
    5. Valuation as per Billing rate, MRP, Sales Rate, Purchase Rate, Cost Rate.  
    6. Click on the View option.

  1. To view data in Chart format:

    1. Click on the Chart option.
    2. You can also choose the Type of Chart and other options.

  1. To Print, Preview, and convert reports in excel format:

    1. Go to the Display tab.
    2. Click on the Print and Preview Option to print your reports.
    3. Then, click on the 'T' point and select the option in which you want to convert your reports.
