How to view Refer By- Product wise sales
A reports is an document that presents information regarding your every transactions. This is a summaries report that is deliver for sales, purchase, challan, return, order, refer by or any translocation data. In SwilERP, users view every type of report in reports section and also export the report in excel, pdf or any other format.
In the Sales analysis section, users can view their report of Refer By- Product Wise Sales. With this report, users can view which product was referred by which doctor and they can also know the Products Quantity and Amount.
Do follow these step-by-step instructions to view the report
Select Refer-By-Product Wise Sales from Doctor Wise and Sales Analysis Under Reports :
- Open SwilERP dashboard in Reports Section:
- Go to Sales Analysis> Doctor wise> Refer by- Product wise sales.
To view product wise sales report
- After that, in the next window:
- First, select the Date Range "From" to "To".
- Select the Report type in which you want to view a report as Summary, Detail, Month Wise, Day Wise.
- Area allocation/ Customer/ Sales invoice select option that on the basis you want to generate a report.
- Select and Filter the options-
- Refer By
- Series
- Product
- Click on the Product options in which you want to view reports.
- Tap on the View option.
Print your reports
- To Print and Preview the Reports:
- Go to the Display option.
- Click on the Print and Preview Option to print your reports.
Export reports in other formats
- To convert your reports into excel format:
- Go to the Display tab.
- Then, click on the 'T' point and select the option in which you want to convert your reports.
