How to View Sales and Stock Statement in SwilERP 

What is a sales and stock statement?

A stock statement is a business statement that provides information on the value and quantity of stock-related transactions. This statement describes how much stock was sold at what value, and when. Also opening/closing stock, current stock, opening rate/value, closing rate/value, tax rate, HSN details, product quantity, etc these all details are also show in the same report. 

In SwilERP, There is an option to view reports of Sales and Stock Statement in the Reports Section. Users can easily view their reports as in Category wise, Brand wise, Strength wise, Generic name wise, MktgCo wise, 'Product' wise, Product wise, schedule wise in this option. To View the reports in SwilERP, do follow the below-given instructions.  
                                                                                                                                           
                                                             

  1. First, login in SwilERP dashboard:

To view sales and stock statements, you first have to login into SwilERP Dashboard in the reports section.
    1. Go to Reports> Sales and Stock Statement.

  1. In the Sales and Stock Statement window:

Select the date range, report type, and other parameters to view the statement as per your convenience.
  1. Edit the Date Range 'From' to 'To'.
  2. Select the Report type in which you want to view your report Summary/ Detail. 
  3. According to the requirement filter the data of Product or Manufacture option.
  4. Tap to the View Option.

  1. How to set parameters:

This option allows you to set parameters to view the reports according to selected fields. As mentioned below:
  1. Display: When you tick mark on a particular field, such as returns, surplus, or expiry, the report will reflect the details accordingly.
  2. Free Qty: While you tick-mark on the options in the free Qty section, the stock value & free qty will display separately.
  3. Valuation: From here, you can select the option to view the report according to the chosen valuation option, such as Billing Rate, Sale Rate, MRP, etc.
  4. You can select the Invoice Product Attribute in the column & also apply the filter on it.
  5. Users can enter the Dump Stock For Days in the column.
  6. Press "OK" to apply the parameters on report.

  1. To view data in different reports wise:

There is an option to view details as Category, Brand, Strength, Generic, MktgCo, Product, and Schedule-wise. 
    1. Click on the Options given on the top of the right side.
    2. Click on that option in which you want to view your report.
    3. Tap on the View option.

  1. To View Report in Chart Format:

Different chart types are available if the user wants to view details in chart format.
    1. Click on the Chart option given at the top of the right side.

  1. To Print and Preview the Reports:

    After viewing the statement, if the user wants to print their report, they can do this from the display section. 
    1. Go to the Display option.
    2. Click on the Print and Preview option to print the reports.

  1. Convert report into Excel format:

In SwilERP, there is an option in the display section to export your reports in different formats. Users can easily Export them in Excel, Text, XML, PDF, or HTML formats.  
  1. Go to the Display Section.
  2. Click on the ''T'' option and choose a format in which you want to export your report.
