How to View Sold Billed Report in SwilERP

A Sold Billed Report is an option to view sales data in one section. With this option, users can view every Sales transaction in a different report type also they can view reports in Area and Station wise in the section of  Sales Analysis.

To View Report in SwilERP follow these instructions 

1. Open SwilERP Dashboard Go to Reports Section:

1. Go to Sales Analysis> Sold Billed Report.

1. In Sold Billed Reports Section:

1. Enter the Date Range from where you want to view your report.
   
2. Select the Report Type in which you want to view report. 
   
3. Now, select the Sales Transaction to view report.
   
4. Select and Filter Customer/ Sales Person, and Series.  
   
5. Click on the View option.

1. To view the report in a Chart Format:

1. Click on the Chart option.
   
2. You can also choose the Type of Chart.

1. To View Reports in Area Wise:

1. Go to the option of Area.
   
2. Click on that Area in which you want to view report i. e. Region/ Locality/ Customer A/c/ ReferBy (Region)/ ReferBy (Locality)/ Area/ Customer/ ReferBy (Zone)/ ReferBy (Area)/ First ReferBy/ Sales Person. 
   
3. Tap to View option.

1. To View Reports in Station Wise:
   

1. Go to the option of Station. 
   
2. Click on the options in which you want to view reports.

1. To Print and Preview the Reports:
   

1. Go to the Display option.
   
2. Click on the Print and Preview Option to print your reports.

1. To convert your reports into excel format:
   

1. Go to the Display tab.
   
2. Click on the 'T' then select the option in which you want to view your reports.
