📝 Note: Copy the SMS URL provided by the service provider, paste it into Google Chrome, and enter your mobile number (9999999999) in the designated section. Send a test SMS to verify. This is called an SMS URL.
- Go to the Tools tab
- Select the Schedule SMS/Email option.
- After that Schedule SMS/Email window will appear.
- Select Schedule for as Transaction/Anniversary/Birthday/Reports, etc. (As per the requirement)
- In the Schedule field, select SMS.
- If you are creating a schedule for Transaction & Reports, select that particular Transaction & Reports name in this condition.
- Now click on SMS Settings, and a new window will open.
- Please enter the SMS URL in the SMS URL column. (Which is given by the client)
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Enter the Sender ID in "Sender ID" Column.
- In the Message box, enter as like (Message or Text).
- Maintain the Number in Recipient No column.
- To save the window, click on the Save button.
- After that, you get a saved successful message.
- Select the Receiver option as All/Selected/To Given Mail ID(s)Mobile No. (s)
- To save the window click on the Save option.
📝 Before proceeding, ensure the customer's mobile number is entered in the Customer Master window. Additionally, to share the invoice, grant the necessary rights to the user in the User Rights section.
