How to Create SMS Schedule Through SwilERP (RetailGraph)
Introduction:
SMS Scheduler is an automated tool that sends the text messages you wrote after a certain period with a specific frequency. It helps you remember important dates and prevents you from forgetting birthdays and anniversaries. Just write a message and save it. Open an SMS scheduling window and set the date and time when you want to send the message. Without no further concern from you, the software will send your saved message at the exact date and time as set.
In this article, we will explain how to create an SMS schedule in RetailGraph software. In Retailgraph software, there is an option available to create an SMS schedule.
Note:- Please Copy the SMS URL (which is provided by the service provider) and paste this SMS URL into Google Chrome, and put your Mobile Number (9999999999) in the number section. You can check it by sending a test SMS Massage to the given mobile number. This is called an SMS URL.
Start with the Login Retailgraph dashboard to initiate the process:
- Go to the Tools tab
- Select the Schedule SMS/Email option.

- After that Schedule SMS/Email window will appear.
- Select Schedule for as Transaction/Anniversary/Birthday/Reports, etc. (As per the requirement)
- In the Schedule field, select SMS.
- If you are creating a schedule for Transaction & Reports, select that particular Transaction & Reports name in this condition.
- Now click on SMS Settings, and a new window will open.
- Please enter the SMS URL in the SMS URL column. (Which is given by the client)
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Enter the Sender ID in "Sender ID" Column.
- In the Message box, enter as like (Message or Text).
- Maintain the Number in Recipient No column.
- To save the window, click on the Save button.
- After that, you get a saved successful message.
- Select the Receiver option as All/Selected/To Given Mail ID(s)Mobile No. (s)
- To save the window click on the Save option.

Schedule SMS/Email Window Note: Before this process, ensure a customer's mobile number is entered in the Customer Master window.
Note: For sharing the invoice, you have to give the rights to the user in the user rights section.
Now you have to make a sales invoice for the customer and save the bill. Once you click on the save button, a window will appear; update the below-given details in this:
- If you have made a customer master, the customer's mobile number will automatically be filled. You can also enter mobile number manually in the column.
- In the Message column, enter the message you want to send to your customer.
- Click on the Send option.
