How to View HSN Code Wise Sales Report in SwilERP


An option to view HSN code-wise sales report is available in SwilERP. This report provides HSN & GST rate-wise summary based on sales transactions. With this option, users can easily analyse and validate HSN codes before filing GST returns.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Reports Section> Inventory Reports> Sales and Stock option.

Process to View the Report

  1. After that, a new window of Sales and Stock Detail window appears.
  2. Select the Date Range "From" to "To" in which you want to view the reports.
  3. Users can also select "Report Type" as Detail/Summary from the given option.
  4. You can also apply filter on Product & Manufacture to select the details accordingly.
  5. By the Parameters option, you can set variables for viewing the report.

  6. Other Filters (i.e., Category, Brand, Strength, etc.) are also available to view the report.

  7. Click on the View option.
