How to Importing/Exporting Color and Attribute in SwilERP
With SwilERP, users can effortlessly import and export product attributes and colours. They can export the data to an Excel file, make modifications as needed, and then import the updated file back into the software. This streamlined process allows for efficient management and customization of product data within SwilERP.
Start with Login in the SwilERP Dashboard to Initiate the process:
- Go to the System menu.
- Select Import/Export > Import Patient Opening Balance.

Let's see how to Import/Export Attributes in the next slide:
- Go to the Inventory tab.
- The next step is select the Attribute option.
- As you can see, all the given attribute options are already selected.
- To export the attributes in an excel file, select the Export option.
- After that, a window will appear to select the File Path to save it.
- Enter the File Name and click on the Save option to export the product file.
- To Import this file, click on the given Import option and same like as the Export process, a window will open to select the file, select which you want to import file and click on the Open option.

How to Import/Export Color:
- To export the color select go to the Color tab.
- As you can see all the color options already selected.
- Click on the Export option to export the details.
- After that, a window will appear to select the File Path to save it.
- Enter the File Name and click on the Save option to export the product file.
- To import this file, click on the given Import option and same as per the Export process, a window will appear to select the file name which you want to import, select that file and click on the Open tab.
