How to Import & Export HSN/SAC | Schedule | Generic Name in SwilERP


The SwilERP software has an option for Import/Export inventory. If the user wants to Import/Export the HSN or SAC/Schedule/Generic, they can do it in the 'System' tab. After exporting the excel file, you can add or modify the HSN/SAC, Schedule, and Generic names. After making the changes, you can import the same into the software, following the steps below to know the import/export process.

Start With Login in the SwilERP dashboard to Initiate the process:

  1. Go to the System.
  2. Select Import/Export > Import Patient Opening Balance.

  1. How to Import & Export HSN/SAC:

  1. Go to the Inventory tab.
  2. Select the HSN/SAC option.
  3. After that, you will see the HSN/SAC code already selected.
  4. The next step is to click on the Export tab.
  5. After that, a window will appear to select the File Path to save it.
  6. Enter the File Name and click on the Save option to export the product file.
  7. To Import this file, click on the given Import option, and as in the Export process, a window will appear, select the file which you want to import and click on the Open tab.

  1. How to Import/Export Schedule:

  1. Select the Schedule option.
  2. After that, you will see the Schedule and SAC Column options. To export these, click on the Export tab.
  3. Enter the File Name and click on the Save option to export the file.
  4. To Import this file, click on the given Import option, and as in the Export process, a window will appear, select the file which you want to import and click on the Open tab.

  1. How to Import/Export Generic:

  1. Now select the Generic option.
  2. You will see all file column names.
  3. Export to these details, and click on the Export tab.
  4. A new window will open; enter the File Name and click on the Save option to export the file.
  5. To Import this file, click on the given Import option, and as in the Export process, a window will appear to select the file which you want to import and click on the Open tab.
