How to Import/Export Product | Product Category | Marketing Group In SwilERP
When the user wants to add the Products name/ Products Category and Marketing Groups names into an Excel sheet, then they can export the details in an Excel file. After that, they can add the product's name and as well as they can modify the details of any products which are previously added. This helpful feature is available in the SwilERP software.
In the SwilERP software, there is an option in the System tool to import/Export the inventory as per their requirement. This article will explain how users can Import/Export inventory details. Follow the below process to Import & Export the Excel file.
Start With Login in the SwilERP dashboard to Initiate the process:
- Go to the System.
- Select Import/Export > Import Patient Opening Balance.

How to Export & Import Products:
- Go to the Inventory tab.
- Select the Product option.
- Here you can select the product columns as per convenience or tick mark in the Select All option.
- If you want to apply the filter , select the Product tab.
- To export the Product's file, click on the Export option.
- After that, a window will appear to select the File Path to save it.
- Enter the File Name and click on the Save option to export the product file.
- To Import, click on the given Import option and same as the Export process a window will appear select that file name which you want to import and click on open tab.

How to Import/Export Product Category:
- Select the Product Category option.
- Click on the Export tab.
- After that, a window will appear to select the File Path to save it.
- Enter the File Name and click on the Save option to export the Product Category details.
- To Import excel file click on the Import option.

How to Import/Export Marketing Group:

Select the Marketing Group option and all marketing groups will show you.

To export file click on the
Export
option.

After that, a window will appear to select the
File Path
to save it.

Enter the
File Name
and click on the
Save
option to export the Marketing Group details.

To Import excel file click on the
Import
option.
