In SwilERP software, there is an option for Import/Export Locations. With the help of this option, users can Import and Export Regions, Areas, Locality, stations, districts, States, and Countries in an Excel file. After exporting locations into an Excel file, they can add or edit the names of which location is exported in an Excel file. In this article, we will explain how to Import and Export locations through the System tool.
Go to the System menu. Select Import/Export > Import Patient Opening Balance.
- Firstly select the Region option.
- All columns will show you which is already selected.
- Click on the Export tab.
- After that, a window will appear to select the File Path to save it.
- Enter the File Name and click on the Save option to export the file.
- After that, an excel file will open; in this file, you can add a new region or edit the previous name.
- To import this file, click on the given Import option, and as in the Export process, a window will appear, select the file which you want to import and click on the Open tab. (After that, this message will show you file has been imported successfully).
- Now select the Area option.
- All column names will show you which are already selected. Click on the Export option.
- After that, a window will appear to select the File Path to save it.
- Enter the File Name and Save it.
- After that, an excel file will open; you can add or modify the Area names in it as per the requirements.
- If the user wants to import an excel file, click on the Import option, and as in the export process, a window will appear, select the file which you want to import and click on the Open tab. (After that, this message will show you- file has been imported successfully).
- Select the Locality option. All column names will show you which are already selected.
- Click on the Export option.
- After that, a new window will open; select the File Path to save it.
- Enter the file name and Save it. (After that, an excel file will open, and you can add or modify the Locality names).
- If the user wants to import the file, then click on the given Import option, and a window will open, select which file you want to import and click on the Open button.
