How to Perform Inventory Transfer (Location) in SwilSORT Mobile App


The Inventory Transfer (Location) feature in the SwilSORT Mobile App lets you easily move stock from one location to another within your business. This guide gives simple steps to help you make sure the transfer is quick and accurate.

Open the SwilSORT Mobile app on your device to initiate the process:

  1. Enter your registered Email Address in the provided field.
  2. Input your mobile application Password in the password field.
  3. Click on the "Login" option to proceed. Reference Image:


Once you have successfully logged in to the SwilSORT Mobile app, you will be able to:

  1. View the list of transactions invoices/orders created in the 'Last 30 days.'
  2. On the Sort Order screen, you will see three rows; click on them. Reference Image:

Transfer Inventory Process:

  1. First, select the Inventory Transfer (Location) menu. Reference Image:


  1. View all transferred stock transactions here.
  2. To create a new inventory transfer, click the "+" sign at the bottom of the screen. Reference Image:


  • As shown, the inventory location series is selected. To change it, click on the current selection. Reference Image:

  • Now, pick the inventory location from the dropdown (the one you’re transferring stock from). Reference Image:


  • Go Back to the Previous Screen: and choose the destination location for the inventory transfer.
  • Select the products (or use the scanner icon to add them) and enter the transfer quantity in the box.
  • Finally, tap Save to complete the process. Reference Image:



    1. After completing the process, you will see a "Transfer Successful" message. Reference Image:
