Invoice Summary in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


This option of invoice summary is used in RetailGraph for viewing the details of your sales invoice through different-different option.  

You can find this option in software START-SALES-INVOICE SUMMERY.

Once you open the form of the Invoice summary it will look like the image given bellow

Now through this option, you can view the details as per the filters at the top. 

The first step is to select the option or apply the filters to the form as per your requirement of the report. Select the date range and tic or untic the options given. 

You can view your report as per Product Summary, Bill wise Detail, Product print summary, Bill wise print summery as giving In the image below.

 You have the option to select the date range, Salesperson details, Refer by, Series, and other options. After applying the filters your report will generate.

 You can view this report in 3 ways 1) Product Summary wise, 2)Bill wise detail, 3) Print Summery Wise as shown in the image below.

You can also click the mouse right button and customize your report as per the set grid layout option. 
You will get one more option in this form with the name of “CREATE LOAD VOUCHER”

 With this option, you can mark the multiple bills and create a load voucher for those and after this, you will get an LR number, Though that number you can track all the bills which are marge in that particular load of LR number. As shown in the image below.
