How to View Invoice Wise Profit Report in SwilERP

Easily track your invoice profits with SwilERP! The invoice profit report gives you important details like time, sales, costs, and profit margins. This helps you understand your earnings and expenses better. Just choose a date range to see these insights.

Start with login in SwilERP Dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to Reports> Profit Reports> Invoice Wise Profit.

Process to view the reports

A new window of invoice wise profit report  will appear in the next slide. Follow the below-mentioned steps to view the report:
  1. Select the Date Range "From" to "To", in which you want to view the report.
  2. Tick-Mark on the following options, if required.
    1. Deduct Return
    2. Deduct Cash Discount
    3. Deduct Redeem Points

  3. If users want to filter the Series,  then they can do it from the given option.

  4. Click on the View tab.

  5. After that, you'll see the invoice -wise report on the below-given screen.

How can you analyze invoice wise profit report?

In this section, you can analyze your invoice wise profit report. You can find this report similar to the pivot table, in which you can view the profit details.
  1. Go to the Analysis section.
  2. Select the details as same as you selected in the Home section.
  3. Click on the View option.
  4. After that, Choose fields to add to report. Tick-mark on the options; then, they will automatically field in the below-given areas.
  5. You can also Drag fields between below-given four areas: Filter, Columns, Rows, Values.
  6. The data reflect in the Analysis Grid section.

  1. Click on the Chart tab to view the report in chart format.
  2. Here you'll see the report's chart along with reflected every detail.

  1. You can also view the report in Raw Data, where you can find every detail.
  2. Click on the raw data and  there you will see invoice wise profit report.

To Print and Preview the Report

  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Select Print and Preview option to take printout of the report.

To export file in excel format

  1. Go to the Display  section.

  2. Click on the ''T'' button,  and there, you'll see the options to convert your report into an excel file.
