How Swil Unify Dashboard Works: Key Features and Functions


In the Swil Unify dashboard, you can view received and sent transactions, along with reports, user emails, and subscriptions. The dashboard also displays the Unify transaction chart. In this article, we will explain how the Swil Unify dashboard works.

Open the Swil Unify on your system to initiate the process:

  • You will find the login screen for Swil Unify here.

  • Enter your registered email address in the provided field.

  • Input your password in the password field.

  • Now, click on the "Login" option.

  • Once you have logged in, navigate to the Dashboard screen.

  • Here you can view the following features:

     Received

     Sent

     Reports

     Users

     Mails

     Subscription

Here are the transactions that you can share and receive with Swil Unify.

 

Transactions you can receive:

  • Purchase Invoice, Sales Order, Purchase Challan, and Sales Return.

Transactions you can send:

  • Sales Invoice, Purchase Order, Sales Challan, and Purchase Return.

Reports:

  • Automatically share reports with your Medical Representative (MR) or Sales Representative (Sales Rep.).
  • You can search for report names and apply filters as needed.

Users: 

  • Here, you can view all created users.
  • To create user click on Create User option.

  • Enter the customer's email address and select a role (MANAGER, PURCHASE, SALES, REPORT)  from the dropdown menu.

  • Then, click 'Send Email' to initiate the verification process. Check your email inbox for further instructions to verify your account.
