How to View Ledger Display in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


What is a Ledger Display in SwilERP?

A ledger account is a dedicated record in the general ledger that tracks specific types of business transactions, such as assets, liabilities, equity, revenue, and expenses. The ledger display is a report that presents the debit and credit amounts for each ledger account. It enables users to locate data within a specified date range and provides account-specific reports for detailed analysis and review.

Start with Login in SwilERP Dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Starts> Reports> Account Reports> Ledger Display.

Process to View Ledger Display

A new window of ledger display will appear in the next slide. Follow the below-given steps:
  1. Select the Date Range "From" to "To" in which you want to view the report.
  2. Select the Ledger account from the drop-down list, if you want to view the particular ledger account's report.
  3. Filter the account from the given option of Select Account.
  4. Tick-mark on the options, if required:
    1. Show 0 Balance Accounts
    2. Include Nil Transaction A/c
  1. Click on the View tab.
  2. And, there you will see ledger report.

To View the Report in the Chart Format

  1. Click on the Chart tab to view the report in chart format.
  2. Here you'll see the report's chart along with reflected every detail.

To Print and Preview the Report

In SwilERP, you can take print or preview the report. Follow the below-given steps to know more the process:
  1. Go to the Display option.
  2. Click on the Print and Preview option to print your transaction report.

To Export the File in Excel Format

  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the ''T'' button, and there, you'll see the options to convert your report into an excel file.
