Lock Details is used to lock any transaction of any customer, Refer by, Brand, Mkt Co., Marketing Group, Product Category, Product etc.

Start -> Master -> Inventory -> Lock Details
How to Use Lock Details
- In lock details you need to select an option to lock.
After it please save the same.
How to Lock Details work?
When you select a lock option like marketing group and save it. At the time of any transaction like sales and purchase then it shows a message like this product has been lock.
For example we select a marketing group ABC in lock detail. When we sale a product of same marketing then it show message that ABC marketing is locked.
This option is also used in stocking taking. If you want to calculate actual stock by brand wise or marketing wise then you lock the same and match your actual stock with retail graph.
