Uses of Mails Features In Swil Unify

Swil Unify offers a comprehensive Mail feature that is accessible to all Swil Unify users, even those who do not use the SwilERP software. Here’s how to get started and make the most of the Mail features in Swil Unify:

Getting Started with Swil Unify  

  1. Access Swil Unify:

  1. Login to Your Account:

    • Enter your registered email address.

    • Input your password.

    • Click the Login button to access your account.

  1. Access the Dashboard:
    • After logging in, you will be directed to the Dashboard screen.

  1. Locate and Click on the Mail Feature:

    • On the Dashboard, find the Mails feature and click on it.

Using the Mail Feature  

  1. Forwarding Emails:
    • To forward an email, click on the Settings option within the Mail feature.

    • You will see the Forwarding Email ID field. This email is used to receive Transaction and report through mail on your portal.

    • To receive the mails from another portal, you have to copy this forwarding mail and paste it on your Gmail account.
