Marketing Company/Marketing Group wise Sales and Stock Statement (Email Schedule)

1. Create Refer by or Email Contacts Marketing Company/Marketing Group wise

                                                                  Refer by Master

Name          : Contact Name (Like MSR/Contact Person/Company Name etc.)

Email           : Email ID (where scheduled report will be send)

2. Create Linking of Refer by and Marketing Company/Marketing Group

(Start ->Masters ->Customer/Vendor ->Area Allocation)

Here we have to link Refer by/Email Contact with respective Marketing Company/Marketing Group.

UI for Area Allocation master is as below:

                              Area Allocation Master

Refer By                    : Contact Name (Like MSR/Contact Person/Company Name etc.)

Marketing Company : Select Marketing Company for which report required with above selected Refer by email ID.

Marketing Group       : Select Marketing Group for which report required with above selected Refer by email ID.

3. Create Schedule for Sales and Stock statement report Email

(Start ->Tools ->Schedule SMS/Email)

Here we have to create email schedule for email Report company/group wise to respective email contacts.

UI for Schedule SMS/Email is as below:

Schedule For                 : Report

Schedule                        : Email

Transaction/Report        : Sales and Stock

Attachment                    : Select Attached Report format type as XLS, XLSX and PDF etc.

Schedule Option            : Here we have selection for email report on One Time, Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.

Start                                : Enter Date and time from when Schedule will be start.

From Date and To Date : Enter Date range as from and to date for which report will generate.

Receiver Option             : Here you have choice for upload transaction to selected or all as following

                                          ALL         : For All Contacts which is in [Contact list]

                                          Selected : For Selection of Contacts from [Contact List]

4. Allow User to run email schedule from User Master and setup sender email id

(Start ->Masters ->Resources ->User)

From here you can allow or disallow users for run report schedule which is scheduled.

And also setup your sender email id

UI for User master is as below:

                                                                                      User Master

Schedule         : Reports (Select same for allow user to upload scheduled transaction)

Email Settings : Enter sender Email Id and email server details, from which email schedule will send emails.
