How to view Marketing Group Wise Outstanding Report in SwilERP
The Outstanding Report in SwilERP presents the marketing group-wise outstanding amount for a specified period. Users can select a specific marketing group to view detailed information, including overdue details for all parties within that group. The report provides comprehensive data such as entry date, party address, alias, station, net amount, number of days, and overdue days. Follow the outlined steps to know the process.
Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process
- Go to the Receipts Menu> Mkt Group wise Outstanding Option.

Process to view the Outstanding Report
- A new window of Mkt Group wise Outstanding will appear in the next slide.
- Select the Date Range "From" to "To" in which you want to view the overdue details.
- Select the Marketing Group name to view the details of parties in the selected marketing group.
- Users can also apply Filter on customers to select particular Customer.
- Click on the View option.

Here you will see following details in the report
- All Party Details bill wise.
- Entry Date.
- Party Address.
- Party Alias.
- Station.
- Locality.
- Net Amount.
- No of Days.
- Overdue Days.

To view the Details in Chart Format
- Select a particular column from the details.
- And click on the Chart option.

To Print & Preview the Report
- Go to the Display section.
- Select the Print and Preview option to take printout of the report.

To Export the File in Excel Format
- Go to the Display section.
- Click on the ''T'' button, and there, you'll see the options to convert your report into an excel file.
