How to View Month Wise Profit Report in SwilERP
What is Month Wise Profit Report?
Every business wants to know its profit report in terms of profitability for a specific duration. A month-wise profit report helps you to find out the month-wise profit of your sales. It is tough to find profitable products from large product stock. A month-wise profit report simplifies identifying monthly business profitability. SwilERP provides insights into Year, Month, Sales value, Cost value, Val rate amount, % Margin, and Margin.
Start with Login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process
- Go to the Reports> Profit Reports> Month wise report.

Process to view the Report
Next slide displays month-wise profit report window. Follow steps below to view the report.
- Select the Date Range "From" to "To", in which you want to view the report.
- Tick-Mark on the following options, if required.
- Deduct Return
- Deduct Cash Discount
If users want to filter the Series, then they can do it from the given option.
Click on the View tab.
After that, you'll see the month-wise report on the below-given screen.

How can you analyze month wise profit report?
In this section, you can analyze your month wise report. You can find this report similar to the pivot table, in which you can view the profit details.
- Go to the Analysis section.
- Select the details as same as you selected in the Home section.
- Click on the View option.
- After that, Choose fields to add to report. Tick-mark on the options; then, they will automatically field in the below-given areas.
- You can also Drag fields between below-given four areas: Filter, Columns, Rows, Values.
- The data reflect in the Analysis Grid section.

- Click on the Chart tab to view the report in chart format.
- Here you'll see the report's chart along with reflected every detail.

- Click on the raw data and there you will see month wise report.

To Print and Preview the Report
- Go to the Display section.
- Select the Print and Preview option to take printout of the report.

To export the file in excel format
- Go to the Display section.
Click on the ''T'' button, and there, you'll see the options to convert your report into an excel file.
