How to Change the Product Name (Name To Print) through the System Default Window in SwilERP


When the user wants to change the Product name or Product sequence to print, they can do it from the  "System Maintenance"  window. Before doing this, you should change the Product Name sequence to print from the  "System Default"  window. This article will discuss how you can change the product name to print by the system maintenance option. SwilERP software provides these features in the 'System Default' and  'System Maintenance' window.

For example, If you want to print of product name to print (Product + Strength), you can select it like this:

  

Note:- Before starting the process, ensure that you have selected the Product name. When you open the 'System Default' window for it, a pop-up window will open, and you need a password to enter in it (For this, you can contact your local service provider or make a ticket on: Support.swildesk.com 


Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the  Options tab > System Default.

Follow the below easy process in the next appearing window:

  1. Select the ' Product Info' section in the system default window.
  2. Firstly you can set the ' Product name to print' at their convenience. 
  3. Now, click on the Save option.

How to change values for the name to print:

  1. Go to the  Change Values  tab.
  2. Select the  Name to Print  option.
  3. Select the  Product   Filter  tab and select the products in which you want to name change.
  4. Now, click on the Update tab.
