Navigating SwilERP (RetailGraph)


This Article will help you to find the menu and how to navigate the transaction options of SwilERP. When you click the Start button, the menu options are available on SwilERP. Along with the Start button, you can also see the button for the most frequently required options. You can also change your desktop theme and background. To know more about the navigation process, go through the below-given steps.

Login SwilERP with your User Credentials

In the First window, you will see SwilERP Dashboard. Go to the start option, where you can view all the menu and the most frequent required options.

Here is the Navigation Process of the Menu Options

Sales menu - 
In this menu, you will see related topics of the sales transaction. The sales menu indicates the transaction of sales, sales returns, order, challan, credit/debit notes, stock transfers, etc.

Purchase menu -
The purchase menu indicates the transactions related to the purchase. You can do transaction of purchase invoice, challan, order, return, credit/ debit notes, stock transfer, etc.

Inventory -
This option is used for inventory management. You can do product conversion, reconciliation, stock entry, issue stock transfer, etc. All the transactions related to inventory are shown in this menu bar.

Receipts - 
Received cheques or payments, you can do these transaction from receipts menu. With this, you can also adjust the outstanding amount.

Payments - 
In this menu, you can do payments entries, cheque book entries, PDC clear, all payables entries, adjust outstanding amount.

Accounts -
This menu is used for accounting entries. This menu shows the accounting transaction as bank reconciliation, vouchers, TCS and TDS registration, Interest calculation, etc.

Payroll-
This menu indicates the payroll options, i.e. salary head, salary structure, monthly salary, pay slip, etc.

GST -
In this menu option, you can generate GST return offline data, GST query, E-invoice, E-way bill, etc. All the GST transactions will show in this menu.

View - 
In this menu, you can view all transactions query, MIS view, alert message, missing entry no, account balances, product/ customer/ vendor search, etc.

Report - 
From the reports menu, users can view every transaction report i.e. Sales Report, Purchase Report, Inventory Report, Accounts Report, etc. Users can generate and convert reports in any format that they want.

Analysis -
Do your business analysis by view all transactions from analysis menu. You can view analysis of product, sales, purchase, receivable, payables, and trial balance.

Masters - 
By the masters menu, users can create all master data. Master data is the core data essential for running operations within a business corporation. Below is the options to create a master data: 
  1. Inventory: With this option, you can create the product, category, marketing group, stock location, HSN, generic, etc. In short, all the details related to inventory creates in this option. 
  2. Customer/ Vendor: Users can create customer, vendor, bank, refer by, and attribute from this option.

  3. Accounts: Account group, Ledger account, day books, voucher narration; users can create these details from the accounts option.

  4. Locations: Location-wise master like zone, region, area, station, locality, district, state, and country you can create from the location option.

  5. Resources: From this master, you can create new users and give them roles/rights.

  6. Others: Others masters are used to applying for promotions and setting discounts on products or vendor/ customer. Also, you can create billing head, transaction series, and branch as per your business.

Masters

Options - 
This menu indicates the options of data backup, system maintenance, export/ import data, integration process, change user/ branch/ date/ location, etc. Also, you can set print transaction setting and invoice templates.

Tools - 
From the tools section, you can Schedule SMS/ Email, view calculator, check database health, Send Email/SMS/ WhatsApp, etc.

How to Pin and Create Shortcut of Menu

In SwilERP, you can Pin menu option and create shortcut on desktop at your convenience. 
  1. Go to Starts option. 
  2. Click on the Right side of your mouse, here you'll see pin to taskbar or send to desktop (create shortcut) option. 
  3. Select any option to pin and create shortcut.
