How to View Near Expiry Goods Purchased Report in SwilERP 

In this article, we will discuss how to view Near-Expiry Goods Purchased Reports in the SwilERP software. If you are a pharmacist and want to know the details of those products that near to expiry date, then you can generate the  "Near Expiry Goods Purchased Report" with the help of SwilERP software. Due to this, future losses can be avoided.

This report will provide details such as Invoice number, Product name, Batch, Expiry date, etc. To view the Near-Expiry Goods Purchased Report, the user has to follow certain steps:-

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

1. Go to Reports > Expiry/Breakage/Purch.Ret.Detail
   
2. And then select Near Expiry Goods Purchased.

How to set the parameters to view the details:

1. Go to the Home Tab.
2. Select the Date Range 'From to To.' 
3. Select that date in Expiry As on Date until you want to view the details.
4.  Tick mark in Include Challan/Show Nil Qty Lots, and the report will generate accordingly.
5. If you want to apply a filter, select the Product and Manufacturer tab and apply a filter in it.
6. Now, click on the View tab.

1. This option is also available in the selected Home tab.
2. Click on the Chart tab.
3. Inside the chart tab, there are given many chart formats, select in which format you want to convert the report.

How to Print & Preview report:

1. Go to the Display tab.
2. Click on the Preview tab; preview is a useful function for users as it helps them to see how the final printed material will appear. 
3. To take the printout, click on the Print tab.

How to export the report into excel format:

1. From the selected Display tab.
2. To export this report into an excel file, click on the 'T' point.
3. Inside the 'T' point, select one of the export formats as per requirement.
