How to View Non Saleable Goods in Stock Report in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


What is a Non-Saleable Goods?

The definition of Non-Saleable Stock meant Not fit to be sold. This report will show the data of those inventories that are not fit for sale to the customer. In SwilERP, if you want to view the report for managing your stock, then you can view it from this option in the inventory report section. By selecting some criteria, users view the non-Saleable products list along with their barcodes, batch number, MRP, stock/ stock unit, rate, stock value, expiry date, and many more details.

Below is the process you need to follow to view the report in SwilERP

Start with login in SwilERP Dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Reports> Inventory Report> Non Saleable Goods in Stock.

Process to View the Report

A new window of non saleable report will appear in the next slide. Follow the below-mentioned steps to view the report:
  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Select Report Type as in Summary or Detail.
  3. Tick-Mark on the Include Nil Stock Product, if required.
  4. Users can also Filter the Products/ Manufacturer from the given options.
  5. Click on the View tab.
  6. And you can view products detail on the below-given screen.

How can you analyze non saleable goods in stock report?

In this section, you can analyze your non saleable goods in stock. You can find this report similar to the pivot table, in which you can view the stock details. 
  1. Go to the Analysis section.
  2. Select the details as same as you selected in the Home section.
  3. Click on the View option.
  4. After that, Choose fields to add to report. Tick-mark on the options; then, they will automatically field in the below-given areas.
  5. You can also Drag fields between below-given four areas: Filter, Columns, Rows, Values.
  6. The data reflect in the Analysis Grid section.

  1. Click on the Chart tab to view the report in chart format.
  2. Here you'll see the report's chart along with reflected every detail.

  1. You can also view the report in Raw Data, where you can find every detail.
  2. Click on the raw data and there you will see non saleable goods in stock.

To Print and Preview the Report

  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Select the Print and Preview option to take printout of the report.

To Export the File in Excel Format

  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the ''T'' button, and there, you'll see the options to convert your report into an excel file.
