Mobile numbers are now mandatory in RetailGraph while keeping customer details safe

Now RetailGraph provides "Mobile No. mandatory in Customer" feature while preserving customer details

Any retail and distribution business ensures operational excellence for its users. The software always works to give its user a consistent customer experience across all store branches. RetailGraph facilitates a new system for its valued retailers and distributors. This option is useful for retailers/distributors who want to make the customer's mobile number mandatory from the security point of view while adding customer details to the software. It creates greater security and flexibility inside the organization. Also, it ensures retailers/distributors that they are dealing with Authentic individuals.

You can easily navigate to the option by using the following steps:

1. Click on the Start button.

2. Select the Options menu.

3. Choose System Default.

4. Enter Password and click on the Submit button.

5. The System Default window opens.

6. Select the Others tab.

7. Under the Customer ribbon, you will get the option ”Mobile No. mandatory in Customer”.
8. Tick mark the associated checkbox and click the Save button.

Note: By default, the feature is disabled for all existing customers. But as a retailer, if you want it to be compulsory when you create a customer, then you have to check the "Mobile number in customer mandatory" option.
